How the service works

We strive to give the best service to our clients as we work with more than 5000 niche products which are very difficult to find in the UK.

We are very quick as we normally deliver our available products in 2/3 working days.

When we receive orders for fresh products or that we don’t sell very often we are glad to make you happy anyway as we can source them from our Italian warehouse. This process increase the delivery time by 5 to 10 working days. If you have specific deadlines please Contact us BEFORE placing your order as we can’t stop the delivery process whilst the goods are in transit.

Our customers receive an automated message updating the order status to ‘COMPLETE’ as soon as their parcel is with our nationwide courier FedEX which sends further info via text message and email (Please provide a MOBILE NUMBER for this purpose).

As no delivery slots are available our courier is automatically instructed to leave the parcel to one of your neighbours in the case nobody is found at home. A postcard reporting the neighbour details is normally left in the letterbox.

All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to the email address ukinvoicequery@fedex.com and david@naturali.uk as if not reported within that time we are unable to process a claim for the items.

We respect the environment and we reuse our supplier boxes for deliveries. Our logistic partner is UK Mail and every box delivered can’t be more than 30kg. We don’t charge extra for bags and use the money we save to lower our prices by 3%.
